- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
- The park recommends that you set your navigation to Zwemparadijs Mosaqua Landsraderweg 11, 6271 NT in Gulpen. From here it is easiest to enter Gulperberg.
- Everyone 18 years and older pays tourist tax, you can indicate ages during the booking process in the comments.
- The interior and exterior may vary from house to house.
- In winter, the laundromat is closed.
- The park reserves the right to require an on-site deposit from all guests renting vacation homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.

You can use a launderette on the holiday park. Tokens for the use of the machines are available at the reception, as well as detergent. There is also a shop on the park. This way you can do your shopping quickly and easily, leaving you with time for other adventures.
