Recreational lake “De Grote Vliet”
From the jetties, swimming enthusiasts can fully enjoy themselves in “De Grote Vliet”.
If you like to sail for a day, you can rent a boat or canoe.

Café 't Hartje
This atmospheric eatery is seen by many visitors as the 'heart' of the recreation park, you can go here for a snack and a drink, but dining is also no problem. The cafeteria and its large terrace are used for many activities.

Sport game
The recreation park has a football/sports field, basketball court, tennis court and various play equipment for smaller guests.

Fishing:
For the fishing enthusiast there is the Carp Pond, but you can also fish well at the lake.

Nearby Medemblik is a nice place to sniff a piece of old Dutch culture. The city centre, the old harbour, historic canal houses, narrow streets and picturesque facades take you back in time.
