Recreation estate De IJsvogel, a very hospitable and professional holiday park perfect for a carefree and relaxing holiday. The Recreational Estate covers no less than 30 denser ones and is located between the village centers of Voorthuizen, Garderen and Stroe. The spacious houses ensure that you will experience complete freedom and tranquility. Your children will enjoy themselves in one of the swimming pools, in the playgrounds or in the kids' club. This while your group casts a fishing rod in the large fish pond and you read a wonderful book on your veranda.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week during the holidays. Outside the school holidays and high season, the restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday.

Location and surroundings

Voorthuizen, Gelderland

Voorthuizen is a beautiful place in the midst of beautiful nature and also a fine place to stay for exploring the area. For example, Zeumeren is a beautiful lake where you can swim and where many water sports are also practiced. Think of surfing, pedal boats, water skiing and canoeing, but in winter you can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Real fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Aanschotergat fishing lake. From Voorthuizen you can be in the National Park De Hoge Veluwe in the blink of an eye, where you can go cycling. Apeldoorn, where you can visit the Julianatoren amusement park or Het Loo Palace, is also close by, and in Voorthuizen itself there are many pleasant terraces and restaurants.
