At Vakantiepark De Blauwe Lantaarn you can make use of a WiFi connection for a fee. Should you wish to wash your laundry, you can visit the launderette. You can also take a look in the cosy canteen where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. To fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings, you can rent bikes at the park. Children
There is a large indoor playground for children. In addition, children can enjoy the outdoor playgrounds, which have various pieces of playground equipment and a sandpit. In high season, an animation team is present for the children. Here they can have fun all day long. There is also a trampoline and an air trampoline for the children and they can play endlessly in the recreation room.

Swimming pool and sports facilities
For a refreshing dip, the best place to go is the pleasant swimming pool, which has a toddlers' pool. After swimming, relax in the sun on the nearby sunbathing lawn. Are you more for an active venture? The campsite has a sports field where various sports are played. There is also a beach volleyball court where you can have a nice game of volleyball with the other guests of the campsite.

The Drents-Friese Wold is the second largest continuous forest area in the Netherlands after the Veluwe. The nature reserve is known for its many hiking and cycling routes, as well as adventurous mountain bike trails and opportunities for covered wagon rides.
