Renting a holiday house at Beach Resort in Kamperland, North-Beveland, means you will enjoy your stay to the max! This park is called “the pearl of province of Zeeland’s coast”, offers most facilities of Zeeland and is, on top of all, situated on a wonderful location next to the pure, natural swimming water of National Park De Oosterschelde.
The park is located by the sea with wonderful beach guaranteeing lots of water fun. Besides, the park offers a subtropical swimming pool, various restaurants, playgrounds, mini-golf, bowling alleys. You can visit the Beauty & Wellness Centre or go for a walk and get a breath of fresh air. There are fantastic, marked cycling routes through wonderful nature, along picturesque villages. Something for everybody!
Kamperland and North-Beveland are perfect operating bases for making nice trips. The holiday houses at 5-star holiday park in Kamperland offer all ingredients for a fantastic holiday!

- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos.
- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed and this holiday home can not be rented for business purposes.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 13 January 2025 to Friday 31 January 2025. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is around a 25 minute-drive away.
- From 17 to 21 March 2025, work will be carried out on the Roompot Beach Resort beach. For safety reasons, the beach will not be accessible during this period.

Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
