Beautiful water-rich holiday park on the beautiful Veluwe, between Harderwijk and Nunspeet
Bad Hoophuizen holiday park is a paradise for walkers and water sports enthusiasts. The park is situated on the Veluwe Lake; there are many mooring places for boats and a water sports centre is just around the corner. After a day on the water, you can relax in the wellness centre. The children will enjoy the activities of the animation team or the playground. From the park, you can walk straight to the beach or take a stroll through the wooded landscape of De Hoge Veluwe National Park. Prefer to sniff up some culture? Discover the beautiful Hanseatic city of Harderwijk or the medieval city centre of Amersfoort. Other nice trips around the corner are Dierenpark Amersfoort and the Dolfinarium. A nice tip for the daredevils: Walibi Holland is half an hour's drive away. In short, there is enough to do for young and old!

Location and surroundings
On the edge of the Veluwe forests and right next to the Veluwe Lake, you will find cosy Hulshorst. Here you can cycle and walk perfectly through beautiful nature and across many estates. The Veluwe Lake and the beautiful Strand Horst invite you to swim, sunbathe, wind- and kite-surf and there are also several golf courses nearby. Hulshorst is a small village surrounded by larger towns that are also well worth visiting. How about Nunspeet and Elburg for the lovely terraces or Amersfoort and Apeldoorn for some great shopping? For a fun day out with you can go to Walibi Holland in Biddinghuizen, Paleis Het Loo in Apeldoorn or visit one of the many castles and sights in the area.
