Beautiful 5-person holiday home in Zuidzande near Cadzand
This characteristic holiday home is in a rural location in the village of Zuidzande in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. With a wide view over the farmlands behind the house, you will experience a maximum feeling of peace and space here. The attractive spacious house has been modernized and is therefore fully equipped. There is plenty of space around the house to enjoy the outdoors, both at the front and at the rear. Cadzand is five kilometers away and the North Sea beach is seven kilometers away. A nice place to celebrate your holiday!
Layout
The living room has a spacious dining area and a cozy sitting area with a TV. The kitchen includes a four-burner stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe. On this floor there is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, storage cupboard and a second toilet.
The garden surrounds the house so you could sit both in front and behind. The backyard has a garden table. There is a terrace and a piece of grass.
You can use a washing machine and dryer in the house. There is parking for two cars in front of the house on the driveway.

In the village, visit Atelier de Test where you can see and buy exceptional works by potters, craftsmen and artists. You can also buy flour at the beautiful mill in the village that has been turning its sails since 1874. Zuidzande is an ideal place for nature lovers, cyclists and people who like a quiet vacation spot.

Karakteristiek ruim huis. Alles aanwezig. Prachtige achtertuin wel aan een erg drukke doorgaande weg. De slaapkamer beneden kun je echt niet als slaapkamer beschouwen, het stinkt er en er mist een gordijn voor een raam.
