2 persons vacation home quietly located in Zuidwolde
This cottage for two has a beautiful view of the farmlands and is located on a quiet dirt road in Zuidwolde. Along this road is also a walking route to discover the beautiful surroundings. Near Zuidwolde lies the beautiful Reest valley with woods, heathland, hay fields and old farms. In this region there are various cycling, mountain biking and hiking routes. In addition, the Dwingelderveld nature reserve is also just a stone's throw away. In Zuidwolde you can find a supermarket, bakery and drugstore. There are also several catering establishments.

Zuidwolde is a cosy green village in the south-west of Drenthe. A lovely place to enjoy nature, peace and space. In warm weather, you can take a dip in the outdoor pool. In less good weather, Museum De Wemme comes highly recommended. Here you can learn all about the history of the area. Sauna Thermen Zuidwolde is also a great place to relax. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy in Zuidwolde. Zuidwolde is located between woods and nature reserves, such as the Reestdal, the Faliebergbos and the Zwarte Gat. Fun places to visit nearby are Hoogeveen, Meppel and Coevorden.

Het huisje is nieuw: dwz pas klaar en geopend in juni 2024.Het betekent dat het huisje goed is geïsoleerd en voorzien van een warmtepomp. (Vloerverwarming en HR+++ glas, etc.). Een mooie omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen en zijn kleine musea te bezoeken. B.v. in Zuidwolde "De Wemme", waar o.a. handkarren. Met daarnaast een tin gieterij.
