Comfortable 4-person holiday home with dune view and large garden in Zoutelande
Just outside Zoutelande, you can rent this fine four-person holiday home. It is entirely on the ground floor and very comfortably and completely furnished. It has a beautiful dune view and a large, sunny garden. This offers you a fantastic spot where you can see the sun rise in the morning and enjoy the setting sun again in the evening. There is a large playground for children and also a small meadow with some sheep and chickens. If there are more than four of you, you can also rent holiday home ZE179 next door.
The distance to the shops is less than one kilometre and Zoutelande also offers several restaurants and terraces and a lot of cosiness. Zoutelande is the only place in the Netherlands with a south-facing beach and therefore has the most sun hours. The beach is also home to two beach pavilions, all just one kilometre from the holiday home. So don't wait too long to rent this lovely holiday home in Zoutelande, Walcheren, and come and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
Layout
The house features a spacious bright living room with partially open-plan kitchen. The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with two sofas, a dining table, DVD player, satellite TV and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner cooker, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, orange squeezer and kettle.
There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds with box-spring mattresses. The nice bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The holiday home has central heating (underfloor heating), free internet, high chair and cot.
Outside you have a lovely large garden where the children can play. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. From the living room you overlook the garden with unobstructed views of the countryside.
A bicycle shed is at your disposal. You can park your car at the accommodation.

Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. Leuk en schoon binnen. Mis een sensor of koffiecups apparaat. Filterkoffie wordt niet meer gedronken. Dus ergens anders koffiedrinken. Veel herrie van de weg. Wij dachten dat we wat landelijke zaten. Verder is het huisje prettig en ruimtelijk...
