2 persons flat in Zoutelande 100 metres from the beach

This double flat is located in Zoutelande on the second floor of a small apartment complex. From the living room and from the terrace you have a beautiful view over Zoutelande and the cosy village centre with several nice shops, terraces and restaurants, but still quiet. The beach is 250 metres away. Zoutelande's beaches are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands and have an irresistible attraction all year round. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite-surfing and stunt flying to enjoy undisturbed cycling or hiking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are famous for their south-facing position and their characteristic wooden groynes.

Layout

The living room has a seating and dining area for two and a TV. The open-plan kitchen has a hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Dulce Gusto and filter coffee maker. There is one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. In the storage room you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside has a private terrace (25m2) with garden furniture. There is also parking space for one car and an external shed for storing (electric) bikes.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity?
