Spacious, attractive 6-person holiday bungalow close to Zoutelande beach
At walking distance from the beach is this attractive spacious house with large garden.
Enjoying the Zeeland Riviera? You can also do so in the cosy centre. Within 15 minutes on foot, you can enjoy one of the many cosy terraces or shop in the boutiques. And the beach? That is never far away. For a lovely walk on the beach, an afternoon in the sun or to watch the sunset. Zoutelande's beaches are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine! But there is more: from kite-surfing and water sports to relaxing undisturbed cycling or hiking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Experience it for yourself!
Layout
This holiday home in Zoutelande is suitable for 6 persons. The spacious living room with a large seating area and TV offers space to enjoy. Via the patio door, you step out onto the terrace. There is also a dining area in the living room. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (one with a 2-p mattress and the second bed with 2 separate mattresses). The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is functional and nicely furnished with a toilet, sink and shower.
The house has a south-facing terrace, making it enjoy the sun all day. Directly adjacent to the living room there is a sheltered terrace, making it enjoyable early on with a cup of coffee or a book. The large lawn invites you to lounge or play!

Wij waren hier eind oktober. Enorm rustig gelegen woning in deze periode, je hoort hier echt niks. De woonkamer is gezellig ingericht. 3 slaapkamers waarvan er 2 wel heel klein. Je hebt bijna geen bewegingsruimte. Kamers komen direct in de woonkamer uit, vroege vogels moeten zeer stil zijn! Een toch wel te hoge huurprijs voor deze vakantiewoning.

Hallo, das Haus hat allein durch seine Lage und den Garten Charme. Das was mich gestört hat ist der extrem muffige Geruch. Als wir das Haus betreten haben konnten wir nicht durchatmen. Ich kenne den Geruch schon seit einigen Jahren, aber diesmal war er so schlimm, dass ich dieses Objekt wohl nicht mehr anmieten werde. Sehr schade.

Das Haus ist ansprechend und gut möbliert. Leider war die Heizung im Bad defekt und auch die Angaben zum Internet und zum Fernseher in der Informationsmappe waren nicht korrekt. So gab es einige Schwierigkeiten, die aber von Heerlijke Huisjes behoben wurden. Bedauerlicherweise ist die Umgebung des Hauses ungepflegt und stark vernachlässigt
