Attractive 2-person flat with sauna in the centre of Zoutelande, within distance of beach
Enjoy the Zeeland Riviera with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. That is possible in this attractive 2-person holiday home. Within 3 minutes' walking distance you are in the centre, where it is always pleasant. Many terraces, cosy shops and a wide range of restaurants. And the beach? From the shopping street you can walk onto the boulevard and see the beautiful beach in front of you. The sea-going ships sail by so close here, you feel as if you can touch them. But there is more: from kite-surfing and water sports to relaxing undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Experience it for yourself!
Layout
From the enclosed garden, you step into the living room. Here you will find a spacious seating area a flat-screen TV and foreign TV channels. Naturally, there is Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, four-burner cooker, Senseo and filter coffee maker, combi microwave and toaster. The bedroom is on the first floor and has a lovely double bed with single mattresses. There is also an infrared sauna on the upper floor. The floor can be reached by steep stairs. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside, a sunny terrace with garden is at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the sun early in the day. There is a parking space for one car at the holiday home.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity? Alles was prima geregeld. Bij aankomst konden we de auto voor de deur parkeren. De sleutel zat naast de deur in het Sleutel kastje. Huisje was netjes en verzorgd. Echt een groot minpunt was de hele stijle trap naar bovenslaapkamer en geen toilet boven.
WiFi was echt heel slecht!
Omgeving perfect. Strand en terassen op 3 minuten lopen.

Bed en beddengoed was van mindere kwaliteit! Trap naar boven is erg steil. Radio mag ook wel aanwezig zijn.
