This attractively furnished double flat is located in the centre of Zoutelande with the centre, beach and sea at walking distance. Despite its location in the centre, the flat is still quiet. The flat can be reached via the firebreak behind the house and has a private entrance. Zoutelande has a cosy village centre with several nice shops, terraces and restaurants, but is still quiet. Zoutelande's beaches are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands and have an irresistible attraction all year round. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite-surfing and stunt flying to relaxing undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are famous for their south-facing position and their characteristic wooden groynes.

Layout

The living room has a seating area, television with chromecast connection and a gas fireplace. The adjoining kitchen includes a hob, dishwasher, fridge, combination microwave, toaster, kettle and a Senseo. There is a separate toilet. Stairs lead to the bedroom with a double bed and a sink. Directly in the bedroom is an alcove with a shower containing a rain shower, on the other side of the bedroom is a washbasin with mirror, hairdryer and cupboard space for toiletries, there is no separate (enclosed) bathroom. Outside, you can use the private terrace (12m2) and is equipped with garden furniture. There is enough space to store and possibly charge your bikes in the garden. The apartment has parking space for one car in the driveway.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity?
