4 person apartment in Zoutelande at 250 meters from the beach.
This four-person apartment is located in Zoutelande on the second floor of a small-scale apartment complex. From the roof terrace and from the living room you have a beautiful view over Zoutelande and the pleasant village center with various nice shops, terraces and restaurants, but still quiet. The beach is 250 meters away. The beaches of Zoutelande are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands and have an irresistible appeal all year round. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and aerobatics to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and extensive sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their south-facing location and their characteristic wooden pilings.
Layout
This second-floor flat can be reached via stairs. The cosy living room has a dining area and a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, four-burner cooker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin. Between the bathroom and the separate toilet, there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer. From the kitchen you can access the cosy roof terrace with garden furniture. High chair and cot are also available. There is a shed that can be locked, it fits at least three bikes. In addition, there is parking for one car on its own private parking space.
