Attractive 6-person holiday home with large garden in Zonnemaire
Holiday home ‘Lavender’ is located on the small-scale holiday park ‘Parc Villemaire’ in Zonnemaire. The house is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. It is a wonderful destination for a relaxing holiday. The house, garden and surroundings are ideal for families with young children, couples or groups of friends.
Zonnemaire itself is a small, artistic village, where musicians, artists and creative people feel at home. A few minutes' walk from the house is a good restaurant with a cosy terrace, you can rent bikes, order breakfast or join the menu of the day at the weekend. You can do your daily shopping in the lovely seaside town of Brouwershaven. The house is a stone's throw away from the Grevelingenmeer and historic Zierikzee.
Layout
On the ground floor, you enter the house through the hallway where you will also find a separate toilet. Here you will also find the utility room with washing machine/dryer and all kinds of kitchen appliances. The house has a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa and armchair, television, dining area and a cosy wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is equipped with a large cooker, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One room has a double bed with bedside tables and clothes storage. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90x200 cm), also with bedside tables and clothes storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin and vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.
The garden has several seating areas, a Weber gas barbecue and a meditation area. The garden is surrounded by a hedge and offers a lot of privacy. The garden also has a vegetable garden with various vegetables and herbs and a number of fruit trees, which you can enjoy. There is a parking space on private property. A second car can be parked on the general car park and there is a double electric charging station.

Zonnemaire, Zeeland
On Schouwen-Duiveland you will find very many cozy and characteristic towns and villages, many of which still have their authentic characteristics. The capital of the island, Zierikzee, has built up a rich past through the proceeds of trade, industry and fishing and this shows in the many monuments. Do you like nightlife, sunny terraces and long beaches? Then nearby Renesse is definitely a must. For a cultural day out in the area, Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk and Deltapark Neeltje Jans are definitely recommended. For a day out with the whole family, Oosterschelde National Park is very suitable, but Middelburg is also very nice for a day of culture sniffing and fun.

100 punten voor dit geweldige huisje op Schouwen-Duiveland. Het huisje is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen op een kleinschalige park, lekker centraal op het eiland, zodat we nooit ver hoefden te rijden voor een uitstapje. We waardeerden de personal touch van onze gastvrouw en de kinderen waren enthousiast over de aanwezige spelletjes.

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine persönliche Atmosphäre mit Zimmerpflanzen, Lektüre und farblich abgestimmten Einrichtungsgegenständen. Es gab einen gepflegten und schön bepflanzten Garten. Auch an die Hunde war gedacht mit Näpfen, Körbchen und Gatter für den Auslauf. Vielen Dank!
