This beach cottage suitable for four people is an attractive and modern beach house located on the beautiful Beach Houses park in Zandvoort. With its contemporary décor and comfortable amenities, this cottage offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The spacious living room features large windows overlooking the beach and sea, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking views and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessities for preparing meals, while the cosy bedroom offers a restful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Outside, guests can relax on the private terrace, enjoying the fresh sea air and the sound of the waves. With direct access to the beach, guests can easily swim, sunbathe or take leisurely walks along the shoreline. Beach House Sea 4 promises a memorable stay, where guests can enjoy the beauty of the Dutch coast and the soothing ambience of the beach.
Layout
The beach house is a small but very cosy accommodation. When you walk in, you enter directly into the living room with an open-plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining area, with table and chairs. There is free wifi in the beach cottage. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge-freezer, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine, among other things. The beach house can be cooled by the air conditioning during summer. Should you stay here in the low season, the accommodation can also be heated by the air conditioning.
There is one bedroom with two single beds, and a box bed with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a sink. There is a separate toilet.
From the beach house, you can walk straight onto the beach, where you can sit outside. The park is car-free and you can park your car in the central car park.

Particularities
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ from each other.
- The welcome pack includes a washing-up brush, matches, dishwasher tablets, detergent, dish soap, scouring pad, wipes and a rubbish bag.
- On August 23, 24 and 25, 2024, Formula 1 will take place at Zandvoort. The preparation and construction of this event begins a week before. This brings possible inconvenience. It also affects accessibility and parking in Zandvoort and the surrounding area. Roompot Beach Houses Zandvoort does not have its own parking lot. From Wednesday, August 21, 2024 there is a parking ban on all public parking in Zandvoort. Cars still parked there will be towed away. We would therefore like to advise you to travel to Zandvoort by public transport as much as possible.
- From June 26 to 29, 2025, a festival called Luminosity will take place near the vacation park. It may be busier than usual in and around the park. In addition, a deposit of EUR 400 applies during the period. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you do not attend the festival.

Zandvoort is of course best known for its fantastic beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea. You can relax or be active on or near the water. For a snack or a drink you can visit one of the beach pavilions and beach clubs. The promenade takes you straight into the village, with its shopping streets full of nice shops and trendy boutiques. Nature lovers will enjoy the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park to the north of Zandvoort or the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes to the south. From Zandvoort, you can also quickly reach Haarlem, where you can enjoy the Frans Hals Museum and the Teylers Museum, among others.
