The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a dining table. Adjacent to it is a separate TV room, which can be opened or closed off as desired. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a filter coffee machine, oven, kettle, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The house has four bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own washbasin. There are a total of three showers. The first bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds and a washbasin. A shower is located in the hallway right next to this bedroom. The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds, a washbasin, and a shower. From this room, you also have direct access to the garden. The third bedroom is equipped with two box-spring beds, a washbasin, and a shower. The fourth bedroom has four single box-spring beds and a washbasin as well. You have access to a private garden at both the front and the rear of the house, so you can always find a sunny or shady spot. The rear garden is accessible either via the entrance at the front or through the ground floor bedroom. The front garden is adjacent to the driveway and parking area and can also be accessed through the French doors in the living room. There is space to park at least three cars at the holiday home.
