Two-storey 4-person bungalow with hot tub and large garden in Winterswijk
This holiday home is suitable for four people and is entirely on the ground floor. The bungalow has a large, covered veranda and a very spacious garden of approximately 500 m2. This holiday home is situated on a small-scale recreation park, in a beautiful location in the outskirts of Winterswijk. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the Korenburgerveen nature reserve, this reserve is an unique high moor area with blue grassland, swamp forest and fens. The recreational park is located just outside the centre of Winterswijk, in the Achterhoek region. The Achterhoek region is characterised by its unique peat bogs, its hedgerow landscape and its many walking and cycling routes.
Layout
This holiday home is ground floor and detached. The spacious living room has an open kitchen and a sliding door. In the living room you will find a comfortable sitting area with television and a dining area. Through the sliding doors you can reach the spacious, covered veranda. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, induction cooker and fridge-freezer. This holiday home has two bedrooms, both furnished with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom is spacious with a washbasin and a shower. There is a separate toilet. Outside, you have a large garden with hot tub, with a sunny terrace and parking for two cars. Your bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed.
