This cosy flat for 4 in the heart of Winterberg is ideal for a winter ski holiday or summer walks. In the centre of Winterberg, which is just a two-minute walk away, you will find great shops, cosy restaurants and bustling cafés. For winter sports lovers, this is the place to be! The ski resort of Winterberg is part of the famous Skiliftkarussell and is only five minutes away. This area offers plenty of kilometres of slopes. Besides skiing and snowboarding, you can also go tobogganing or take an adventurous snowshoe hike here. For those who enjoy the summer, the area is known for its rolling hills, vast forests and picturesque valleys. You can hike and cycle endlessly here, enjoying the breathtaking views and idyllic villages. For mountain bikers, Winterberg offers one of the best bike parks in Germany, with challenging trails and downhill routes for all levels. For true relaxation, there are wellness facilities to unwind after an active day. For a sporty family outing, a visit to Erlebnisberg Kappe is definitely worthwhile!
Layout
This flat has a compact living room, where you can socialise around the dining table with a comfortable corner sofa, from where you can also watch television. You have a view of the fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and a toaster. There is also a filter coffee machine and a kettle. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed with two loose mattresses. Here you will also find bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom, accessible via a practical sliding door, has a washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet. The second bedroom has another double bed, also with twin mattresses. This room has a washbasin with mirror and additionally a cosy seating area with two chairs. For added convenience, there is a separate guest toilet with a washbasin. On the compact terrace, which has a table and chairs, you can enjoy the fresh air. For toddlers, a baby cot (60x120) and a high chair are available. There is a car park near the house.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.
