This studio sleeps up to two people and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The surroundings are breathtaking, with the lush forests and mountains of Sauerland as your backyard. Explore nature with hiking, cycling and skiing, all within easy reach. The flat is less than one kilometre from the slopes, hiking trails and Bike Park. About a 20-minute drive away you will find the bustling town of Winterberg, with shops, restaurants and entertainment. Within a 60-kilometre radius, you can discover historic towns such as Marburg and the picturesque town of Korbach. Also visit the beautiful Lake Edersee and the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. This holiday home is the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday in Sauerland in both summer and winter.
Layout
The living room contains the double bed (180x200), a television, a double sofa and a dining table. There is also a cot and a highchair. The open kitchen is simple but equipped with all necessities such as a hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Senseo and and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture.
There is a bicycle shed and a storage room for ski equipment in the complex. There is also one parking space in the garage included.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.
