Nice and spacious 8 person appartment in Winterberg
Spacious eight-person flat in the modern apartment complex Résidence Winterberg. Summer or winter, in Winterberg you can all seasons on holiday. Close to the ski lifts and the beautiful Winterberg is this new apartment complex Résidence Winterberg. Wake up to a breathtakingly beautiful view of the hilly landscape. The complex has its own wellness area, so you can relax after a day on the slopes. The ski slopes are a 10-minute walk away, right behind the Residence. Even when there is no snow, there is plenty to do in the Sauerland. In this versatile environment you can walk, cycle or mountain bike endlessly.
Layout
This flat is spacious, has two floors and is suitable for 8 persons and 1 baby. On the ground floor is a modern living room with a cosy seating area. The kitchen has a large dining table and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and oven. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms downstairs, both with two single box-spring beds. The two bathrooms have a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs is the third bedroom, which is equipped with four single box-spring beds. A high chair, cot and stair gate are available. The flat also has two balconies and free Wi-Fi. There is also parking space for one car.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.

Het appartement is ideaal gelegen tussen het dorp met alle winkels, restaurants, et cetera. En de Kappeberg waar je veel activiteiten kunt doen/starten. Het appartement heeft twee badkamers wat met een gezin van zeven heerlijk is. Keuken is prima uitgerust. We konden onze fietsen goed kwijt in de opslag op de begane grond.
