Nice and spacious 4 person flat in Winterberg
Large four-person apartment in the modern apartment complex Résidence WinterbergSummer or winter, in Winterberg you can go on holiday every season. Near the ski lifts and beautiful Winterberg lies this new apartment complex Résidence Winterberg. Wake up with a breathtaking view over the hills. The complex has its own wellness area, so you can relax after a day on the long slats. The ski slopes are a 10-minute walk directly behind the Résidence. Even when there is no snow, there is plenty to do in the Sauerland. In this versatile environment you can endlessly walk, cycle or mountain bike.
Layout
The apartment is ground floor and has a modern living room with a cozy sitting area with TV. The kitchen has a large dining table and equipment including a dishwasher, microwave, four-burner stove, refrigerator, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle and oven. There are two bedrooms, both with two single box spring beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hall. The apartment has a balcony or terrace and you can use Wi-Fi for free. There is parking for one car.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.

Het was een mooi appartement met een mooi uitzicht over het dal. Je kan van hieruit naar de top van de skipistes.

Mooi appartement in een blok van 9 appartementen met mooi uitzicht op de ski pistes van Winterberg. Rustige omgeving.
Appartement is ruim voldoende voor 4 personen, goede bedden, 2 wc's en 1 ruime badkamer. Ruimte is voldoende warm te krijgen in de winter bij tem onder 0 C. Geen lift aanwezig voor beneden en bovenverdiepingen enkel met trappen.
