Luxury 8-12 person apartment in beautiful ski resort.
On the edge of the town of Winterberg (Hochsauerland), near the center of the village, you will find Bergresort Winterberg. With 28 apartments spread over four buildings, you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday in this small-scale complex. From your spacious balcony you look out over the village of Winterberg with all center facilities within a 10-minute walk. The north side of the complex borders directly on nature.
Layout
When you rent this accommodation, you rent two apartments suitable for four to six people. These apartments are connected by a connecting door. These cozy apartments have a cozy living room with a lovely sofa bed and a flat-screen television. You can use free WiFi. There is an open kitchen with, among other things, a four-burner induction hob, refrigerator, oven, filter cofffee maker and dishwasher. Both apartments have two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single box-spring beds. There is also a bathroom with a sink, shower (cabine) and a toilet. The apartment has a lovely spacious balcony. There is parking for two cars on the road. In the common room you will find a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a communal sauna in the apartment complex.

- Each accommodation has one cot and one high chair as standard.
- The flats at Bergresort Winterberg are situated on a slope. The flats are only accessible by stairs. Therefore these flats are not suitable for disabled guests.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years of age.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit of between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- There are 2 charging stations for electric cars at 350 metres from Bergresort Winterberg.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.

Ik vind het vervelend dat er met cash geld betaald moet worden. De borg terug krijgen gaat dan weer via iban. Waarom kon ik niet gewoon het totale bedrag per bank voldoen? Verder was ik zeer tevreden over de accommodatie

Erg mooie appartementen, t zag er allemaal prima uit.
Wel jammer dat er wat dingen kapot waren. 1 gordijnrail hing half aan t plafond, n plankje in de koelkast was kapot.
