Cozy 4-6 person apartment in great ski resort
On the outskirts of the town of Winterberg (Hochsauerland), near the centre of the village, you will find Bergresort Winterberg. With 28 flats spread over four buildings, you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday in this small-scale complex. From your spacious balcony, you overlook the village of Winterberg with all centre facilities less than a 10-minute walk away. The north side of the complex borders directly on nature.
Layout
This comfortable flat features a cosy living room with a lovely sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. You can make use of free Wi-Fi. There is an open-plan kitchen including a fridge, filter coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. The flat has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single box-spring beds. There is also a bathroom with a sink, shower (cabin) and toilet. There is a separate toilet and a lovely spacious balcony. There is parking in front of the road. In the common room you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a communal sauna in the apartment complex.

- Each accommodation has one cot and one highchair as standard.
- The flats at Bergresort Winterberg are situated on a slope. The flats are only accessible by stairs. Therefore these flats are not suitable for disabled guests.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years of age.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit of between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.

Het appartement was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Faciliteiten zoals een supermarkt zijn op loopafstand en de auto kon voor de deur staan wat altijd handig is als je iets verder weg wil. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!
