Cozy 4 person apartment in beautiful ski resort
On the edge of the town of Winterberg (Hochsauerland), near the centre of the village, you will find Bergresort Winterberg. With 28 flats spread over four buildings, you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday in this small-scale complex. From your spacious balcony, you look out over the village of Winterberg with all centre facilities less than a 10-minute walk away. The north side of the complex borders directly on nature.
Layout
This cozy flat features a cosy living room with flat-screen TV. You can use wifi free of charge. There is an open kitchen with a fridge, oven and dishwasher, filter coffee maker, among other things. The flat has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double box-spring bed. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin, shower (cabin) and toilet. Outside the house you will find a lovely terrace with garden furniture. There is parking in front of the road. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the common room. There is also a communal sauna in the apartment building.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Each accommodation has one cot and one highchair as standard.
- The flats at Bergresort Winterberg are situated on a slope. The flats are only accessible by stairs. Therefore these flats are not suitable for disabled guests.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years of age.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit of between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.

Het was in een woord geweldig! Het appartement was zeer ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
De omgeving prachtig, je loopt zo vanuit je huis omhoog de natuur in. We hebben enorm genoten van deze week!
