Renovated stone village house for 8 persons in the middle of a typical Ardennes village.
This characteristic eight-person holiday home is located between the towns of Hotton and La Roche, in the southernmost and largest province of our neighbouring country Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxemburg. La Roche and Hotton are situated in a natural and quiet environment and guarantee a lovely and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings around La Roche are perfect for walking, horse-riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Ground floor:
Beautifully furnished living room with two sitting areas, television and a cosy wood stove. Separate kitchen (fully renovated) with 5 gas rings, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. Rustic dining room with wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower, toilet and a washbasin.
Upstairs:
Four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with bunk beds (one with a cot).
Outside:
Large garden with trees, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking space at 100m (maximum two cars).

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- If you are booking with a youth group up to 30 years old, there is a double deposit.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.
Facilities
Location and surroundings
The town of Werpin is located in beautiful surroundings and hiking, cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts can enjoy the many beautiful trails here. The real adventurers will not be bored here either: abseiling, climbing, kayaking, survival, quad biking: there is plenty to do! Are you more into culture? Then head to the beautiful castle in La Roche, visit Durbuy, the smallest town in Europe, and stroll through the beautiful medieval streets or discover the impressive caves of Hotton. For a day of shopping, head to Namur, home to a host of cozy stores. Liège is also a good option with its beautiful architecture and delectable Liège waffles.
