Modern 6-person holiday home with covered terrace in Wemeldinge on the Oosterschelde
This holiday home for four is on Water Resort Oosterschelde. It is a sustainable holiday home with heat pump. The resort is synonymous with peace, space, do not expect a host of facilities, but enjoy the Zeeland landscape in a great location on the Oosterschelde estuary. Each villa has its unique features overlooking the beautiful water features, wooded surroundings or the vast polder landscape around Wemeldinge. Wemeldinge has already been discovered by many holidaymakers. The picturesque village is surrounded by orchards and polders on the one hand and the rippling waters of the Oosterschelde on the other. The village is loved by people who love peace and quiet and it is the ideal village to discover Zeeland. The village is known for its marina, mills and beach. All amenities are available in the village.
Layout
Due to the pointed roof of this house, the ceiling is high which gives a spacious feeling. The house is modernly furnished for four people and is located on the edge of the park, providing views over the countryside. The living room has a sitting area with cosy fireplace and television and a dining area with six dining chairs. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker. The house has three bedrooms, two with double box-spring beds and one with two single box-spring beds. There are two bathrooms, both with shower and washbasin. Outside, the house has a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The terrace is partly covered so you can sit outside even when the weather is not so good.

Next to Goes and on Lake Veere you will find Wemeldinge. Goes, also called the shopping heart of Zeeland, is very close by and here you will find many shopping opportunities located in and around the historic city center. Goes also has several galleries and the Historisch Museum de Bevelanden is not to be missed. Wemeldinge itself is hugely popular with water sports enthusiasts (read: many water sports opportunities). In addition, from Wemeldinge Middelburg and Veere are also nice towns to visit and the beach on the west coast of Walcheren is a little further away: Vlissingen, Zoutelande, Westkapelle and Domburg are all recommended with insanely beautiful.
