Luxury holiday home for 20 with sauna and whirlpool and disabled wing

This family house is the most energy neutral vacation home in the Netherlands. The house is equipped for up to 20 people and has an area of 300m2. In the cozy living room you will find, among other things, a spacious sofa with decorative fireplace, armchairs and a television. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. This luxury kitchen is fully equipped. It has two dishwashers, an eight-burner induction cooktop with extractor fan and an extra-large refrigerator. There is also a coffee maker and kettle. In the kitchen is also the dining room table with dining room bench and chairs.
On the first floor are three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. One bedroom in the disabled wing with two beds together and ensuite bathroom with a toilet, one bedroom with two beds together with ensuite bathroom with toilet and one bedroom with two beds together.
On the second floor there are five bedrooms: two bedrooms with two single beds against each other and ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms with two bunk beds and one bedroom with one bunk bed. In addition, on the second floor is also the shared bathroom which includes sauna, bathtub and sunshower. Two of the children's bedrooms have an Xbox. All bedrooms are furnished with smart televisions.
Unique to this vacation home is the wing suitable for the disabled. This wing consists of an extra spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has brackets, alarm and adapted washing facilities. It is possible to rent a high-low bed for a daily fee.
From the kitchen you can go through the garden doors towards the garden. Adjacent to the garden doors is a veranda, so that you can sit outside on the picnic tables even in less beautiful weather. For the ultimate wellness feeling, a covered whirlpool bath has been placed in the garden. The house has ten private parking spaces.
