Lovely 4-person holiday home with sauna and hot tub close to nature on the Veluwe
In the middle of nature on the Veluwe you will find Park Berkenrhode. Because of this location, you have many opportunities for hiking or cycling right from the park. For relaxation, however, you do not have to leave the park. For example, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool and you can hire the Private Spa and Wellness for a relaxing afternoon. Le Grand Café's menu offers something for everyone. The dishes are prepared using honest local produce as much as possible. From the heated terrace, you overlook the outdoor pool and playgrounds. For a quick snack, you can go to the Cafeteria. The park offers a variety of holiday homes for up to 20 people. Your dog is also welcome in almost all holiday homes. Sustainability is an important theme at park Berkenrhode. For example, many homes are off gas and the outdoor pool is heated sustainably and is energy-neutral.
Layout
This detached Birch Lodge Eco with its own spa has an area of 55 square meters and is equipped for four people. The living room is attractively furnished and includes a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a table with four dining chairs and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has, for example, an induction hob with hood, combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is also a coffee maker and kettle. There are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds in the house. One bedroom with two beds together and one bedroom with two beds apart. The bathroom in the house has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The home has a storage room and private parking. The spacious terrace with pergola is furnished with garden furniture. In the garden you will also find a sauna and hot tub.

Particularities
- Outdoor fireplace is an ornamental fireplace (not to be used).
- Included with this vacation home is a hot tub or hot tub. Both allow you to relax, but work in different ways: The hot tub is electrically heated and therefore takes at least 24 hours to warm up. For this reason, the hot tub cannot be used on your arrival and departure day. The bubble bath has been cleaned and refilled prior to your arrival. If you have any doubts about the quality of the water during your stay, please report to reception. You must light the hot tub yourself, for this you will receive instructions in advance. It takes 3 to 4 hours to heat the hot tub, for which you must be present. For this reason the hot tub cannot be used on your arrival and departure day. If you have any doubts about the water quality during your stay, you can change the hot tub yourself. You will receive instructions on how to do this.
- There may be a wood-fired hot tub or a bio-fluid hot tub. Both types of hot tubs can accommodate four people.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- Gourmet and fondue are not allowed in the holiday homes.
- The guarantee fund is a compulsory contribution for the risk of damage.
- The heated outdoor pool is open from April to September. Earlier opening or later closing is weather-dependent.
- Children up to 11 years do not pay tourist tax. If you are booking with child(ren) under 12, please indicate this in the comments field during the booking process.

Location and surroundings
Wekerom, Gelderland
Wekerom is a village in Gelderland, in the Veluwe region. As such, there is plenty to do in the area. Visit the Dutch Tile Museum. Here you will learn all about special wall tiles and tile pictures. From the late Middle Ages to contemporary ceramics: everything is covered. At Otterlo Events, you can also go on a 4x4 safari: drive in a tough all-terrain vehicle and enjoy the most beautiful places the Veluwe has to offer. Want to discover nature, but prefer walking? Then the special 12-kilometre Klompenpad 'Beek- en Bultpad' is just the thing for you! After a pleasant day, enjoy a snack and a drink at one of the many restaurants or cafés.

Wir haben eine wunderbar entspannte Woche im Park Berkenrhode verbracht. Der Park ist sehr schön angelegt, die Einrichtungen (Reception, Gastronomie, Pool, Wellness etc.) sehr gepflegt und gut betrieben. Unser Häuschen war sehr gut eigerichtet und gut abgeschirmt von den Nachbarunterkünften. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es war ein toller entspannter Urlaub. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Sauna und Whirlpool lassen nichts vermissen.
Die Umgebung ist toll zum Spazieren. Arnheim ist nicht weit weg, so haben wir auch Burgers Zoo besucht.
