Spacious 4-person holiday home with hot tub between the woods on the Veluwe.

Relaxing in a wooded area? This lovely four-person holiday home is on Park Berkenrhode, in the middle of the Veluwe. A perfect base for lovely cycling trips or long walks through the beautiful countryside. Returning from your outings? Then there is plenty of opportunity at the park to relax in the heated outdoor swimming pool. The holiday home itself also has a hot tub, so you can fully relax at the house. For good food and drink, you do not need to leave the park. Delicious dishes using local produce are served in Le Grand Café. Park Berkenrhode is pet-friendly, so even your dog can come along to discover the Veluwe.

Layout

This comfortable four-person house is located at the edge of the forest and has an area of 75m2. In the cosy living room there is a sofa with television, an armchair, an atmospheric fireplace (gas) and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven and a five-burner gas hob. A coffee machine and kettle are also provided. Both bedrooms have two comfortable box-spring beds. The bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin. There is also an extra separate toilet. The fine garden has a spacious furnished terrace with awning and hottub. The property has its own parking space.

Particularities

  • The hot tub must be lit by yourself, for this you will receive instructions in advance. It takes 3 to 4 hours to heat the hot tub, for which you must be present. For this reason the hot tub cannot be used on your arrival and departure day. If you have any doubts about the water quality during your stay, you can change the hot tub yourself. You will receive instructions for this as well.
  • The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
  • Gourmet and fondue are not allowed in the holiday homes.
  • The guarantee fund is a compulsory contribution for the risk of damage.
  • The heated outdoor pool is open from April to September. Earlier opening or later closing is weather-dependent.
  • Children up to 11 years do not pay tourist tax. If you are booking with child(ren) under 12, please indicate this in the comments field during the booking process.

Location and surroundings

Wekerom, Gelderland

Wekerom is a village in Gelderland, in the Veluwe region. As such, there is plenty to do in the area. Visit the Dutch Tile Museum. Here you will learn all about special wall tiles and tile pictures. From the late Middle Ages to contemporary ceramics: everything is covered. At Otterlo Events, you can also go on a 4x4 safari: drive in a tough all-terrain vehicle and enjoy the most beautiful places the Veluwe has to offer. Want to discover nature, but prefer walking? Then the special 12-kilometre Klompenpad 'Beek- en Bultpad' is just the thing for you! After a pleasant day, enjoy a snack and a drink at one of the many restaurants or cafés.
