Beautiful 2 person holiday home in a farmhouse in Wapserveen.

This beautiful double holiday home has been realized in the front house of this authentic Drenthe farm. The farm is located in the village of Wapserveen in Drenthe. From Wapserveen it is only a few minutes' walk or bike ride to the beautiful nature reserve Holtingerveld. Enjoy the peace and quiet around the farm, or take a look at the belfry at the church opposite the farm. Visit the typical Drenthe villages of Dwingeloo and Diever or explore the history of the Colony of Benevolence in Frederiksoord or Wilhelminaoord. Enjoy shopping in Meppel, Steenwijk or Zwolle. What of course should not be forgotten is a day in Giethoorn! This beautiful water village is less than fifteen minutes away by car. You can enjoy cycling or rent a whisper boat to admire the village from the water.

Layout

Entirely groundfloor. The living room is decorated in the 70s style but with HD TV and a comfortable "new-fashioned" couch and a record player. Separate kitchen diner which is also furnished with a touch of the 70s but with a dishwasher, combi microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, four-burner stove and a fridge. There is also a little freezer. There is one bedroom with a double box-spring bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and is partly adapted for the disabled. Outside you have access to several terraces and garden furniture. You can also sit comfortably at the large pond.

Around the small village of Wapserveen are endless opportunities for biking and hiking. A landscape with a rich variety of woods, heaths and meadows colors the region. Drenthe is pure enjoyment, especially if you like peace, space and nature. Dwingeloo, Diever and Havelte are cozy villages nearby where you can enjoy eating out or sitting on a terrace. For a special outing nearby, you can rent a boat in Giethoorn, see the flock of sheep in Ruinen or go to Attractiepark Duinen Zathe. If you want a wonderful day of shopping, you can be in Steenwijk, Meppel or Hoogeveen in no time, where there are many stores, boutiques and cozy squares.

Zeer ruime woning. Goed toegankelijk voor mensen met een beperking. Mooie oude elementen gecombineerd met moderne elementen. Schoon en goed verzorgd

We hebben hier echt genoten. Ruime woonkamer en keuken. Alles tot in detail jaren 60 / 70 stijl ingericht. Op loopafstand van een prachtig bos/heide gebied. En vriendelijk ontvangst bij aankomst.
