Luxury 4 persons holiday house at the water
Our waterpark is located at the border of Overijssel, Friesland and Drenthe. This is the ideal locateion to go on holidays with your family or friends. Enjoy a luxerious, sportive or relaxed holiday. The park has ca. 60 luxerious, detatched four-six persons villa and one villa for 10 persons. The houses are spread over 3 pieces of land and are all located at the water with a private pier. This offers the option to berth the boat at your villa. The villa's are also reachable by land.
The park is located at the Belterwijde, in the middle of naturearea Weerribben-Wieden. From the villa can you fish, swim or explore the water by boat. You can bring your own boat or rent one at the park. Sail routes are available at the reception. You can also go to the nearby town Giethoorn and go for a organised sailing trip.
At the reception is a little corner for the 'forgotten errands' and there is also a shoppingservice. If you mail your shoppinglist to the reception than they will make sure the articles are at the villa upon arrival.
Layout
This villa is a spacious villa suitable for four persons. These villa's are located at the water and are all having a private pier. Downstairs can you find a livingroom with access to the terrace and garden, a hallway with toilet and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with amonst other things a dishwasher, filter coffee maker and combioven. Further has the villa a depository with washingmachine. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Each villa has parkingspace for two cars.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.

- If, on arrival, it is found that the travel party does not form a family, the park may charge an additional group deposit of EUR 50 per person.

The town of Wanneperveen is located in the middle of National Park De Weerribben-Wieden. This beautiful nature reserve originated in the time when peat cutters reclaimed the peat in strips. Where the peat disappeared, water took its place, creating the beautiful lakes and ditches of today. Nowadays you can enjoy boating and swimming here. The area is characterized by varied flora and fauna and is excellent for water sports enthusiasts, fishermen and nature lovers. In the vicinity you can enjoy beautiful cycling and walking routes through nature, but also to nearby picturesque villages such as Giethoorn, Dwarsgracht and Blokzijl. Would you prefer a day of shopping? Then go to the cozy Meppel or Zwolle.

Locatie van de woning en omgeving waren prachtig. Het huisje op zich voldeed aan alle verwachtingen alleen het was alles behalve schoon. Het was ook niet van 1 keer niet goed schoonmaken. In de koelkast bijvoorbeeld zaten veel oude resten en het toilet stonk naar urine. Ook waren er in heel het huis veel spinnenwebben.

We hebben een super leuke vakantie gehad! Ons huisje zag er erg leuk uit en de algemene schoonmaak was in orde,helaas de “grote” schoonmaak liet te wensen over bv de plafondlampen en spinnenwebben incl spinnen overal. De dekbedden waren ook erg onsmakelijk met bloed vlekken en overige vlekken. Het 16u-10u eruit beleid vonden we erg jammer.
