Cozy 6 person holiday home near Voorthuizen on the Veluwe

This cozy six-person holiday home is located at Holiday Park Ackersate. The holiday park is located in the middle of the Veluwe near the town of Voorthuizen. This five-star Holiday Park has many facilities and is therefore ideal for an active holiday. In the school holidays there is an animation team that organizes many fun activities for young and old, there is an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool, a trampoline park, animal meadow, tennis court, water playground miniature golf etc. In the evening a nice bite to eat in the restaurant, or a quick bite in the snack bar. Nice cycling or walking through the Veluwe forests. Let it happen on the Veluwe!

Layout

The modern and comfortably furnished living room has a dining area, and a sitting area with TV. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, combi microwave, four-burner stove, refrigerator, kettle and filter coffee maker. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, and sink. There is a separate toilet. The holiday villas have a spacious partly covered terrace. A cot can be added to the bedroom.

It is not allowed to park your car at the chalet. There is a parking lot opposite the entrance to the park and there is also parking available in the park itself.

  • The swimming pool will be closed between 28 October and 29 March. The other facilities at the park are limited. The restaurant is open every Thurs-Fri-Sat.
  • You can park your car in the central car park. It is not allowed to park your car near the house.
  • Wifi is free on the entire park.

Location and surroundings

Voorthuizen, Gelderland

Voorthuizen is a beautiful place in the midst of beautiful nature and also a fine place to stay for exploring the area. For example, Zeumeren is a beautiful lake where you can swim and where many water sports are also practiced. Think of surfing, pedal boats, water skiing and canoeing, but in winter you can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Real fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Aanschotergat fishing lake. From Voorthuizen you can be in the National Park De Hoge Veluwe in the blink of an eye, where you can go cycling. Apeldoorn, where you can visit the Julianatoren amusement park or Het Loo Palace, is also close by, and in Voorthuizen itself there are many pleasant terraces and restaurants.
