Nice 8 person holidayhouse in Gelderland

Beautiful eight-person country house on the IJsvogel Recreational Estate. Recreational estate De IJsvogel is a wonderful holiday park with many facilities for young and old and is located on the edge of the Veluwe in a wooded, rural area with plenty of cycling and walking paths. Peace seekers, but also active people, will enjoy it here. The estate is approximately four kilometers from the pleasant village of Voorthuizen. Furthermore, the towns of Barneveld, Garderen, Putten and Otterlo are in the immediate vicinity.

Layout

Spacious and comfortably furnished living room with sitting area with TV and dining area. Spacious kitchen equipped with, among other things, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, four-burner stove and a filter coffee maker. There are four bedrooms with two single beds, one of which is on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, sink and toilet and one on the first floor with a shower, sink and toilet. Covered terrace with garden furniture.

Voorthuizen, Gelderland

Voorthuizen is a beautiful place in the midst of beautiful nature and also a fine place to stay for exploring the area. For example, Zeumeren is a beautiful lake where you can swim and where many water sports are also practiced. Think of surfing, pedal boats, water skiing and canoeing, but in winter you can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Real fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Aanschotergat fishing lake. From Voorthuizen you can be in the National Park De Hoge Veluwe in the blink of an eye, where you can go cycling. Apeldoorn, where you can visit the Julianatoren amusement park or Het Loo Palace, is also close by, and in Voorthuizen itself there are many pleasant terraces and restaurants.

Leuke plek en gezellig huisje helaas liet de schoonmaak veel te wensen over. Overal stof en vies. Oven kapot. Het gras had net witte korrel voeding gekregen wat direct aan onze schoenen kleefde zo het huisje in. Ook de kleding wit.
Jammer want de locatie en indeling van het huisje met 2 haarden had zo tot een leukere vakantie kunnen leiden.

Het servies was niet schoon en in de bovenste badkamer hing een rioolgeur, verder was het huisje heel netjes. Een extra vaatwastablet en meer privacy in de badkamer beneden zou erg fijn zijn. De gastvrijheid was erg goed en zowel het in als uitchecken ging vlekkeloos. Daarnaast was al het nodige aanwezig op het huisje en het park.
