Luxery grouphouse in the Netherlands
Beautiful group accommodation for 20 persons near Recreational Estate De IJsvogel. Recreational estate de IJsvogel is a lovely holiday park with many facilities for young and old and is located on the edge of the Veluwe in a wooded, rural area with plenty of cycling and walking paths. Peace seekers, but also active people will certainly enjoy themselves here. The estate is about four kilometers away from the pleasant village of Voorthuizen. Furthermore, the places Barneveld, Garderen, Putten and Otterlo are in the immediate vicinity.
Layout
Detached villa with partly enclosed garden. Spacious living room with fireplace, sitting area, radio and TV and a separate dining room for the whole group. Kitchen with, among other things, a combi oven, filter and Senseo coffee maker, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are seven bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single beds, two on the first floor with three single beds and two on the first floor with two single beds. Then there are two bedrooms in the attic with four single beds. On the first floor is a bathroom with two showers and washbasins and a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin. On the ground floor you will find one toilet in the bathroom and one separate toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Additional outbuilding as a recreation room with table football, table tennis and darts.

Spacious terrace with garden furniture and table tennis. Ample parking for several cars

Location and surroundings
Voorthuizen, Gelderland
Voorthuizen is a beautiful place in the midst of beautiful nature and also a fine place to stay for exploring the area. For example, Zeumeren is a beautiful lake where you can swim and where many water sports are also practiced. Think of surfing, pedal boats, water skiing and canoeing, but in winter you can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Real fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Aanschotergat fishing lake. From Voorthuizen you can be in the National Park De Hoge Veluwe in the blink of an eye, where you can go cycling. Apeldoorn, where you can visit the Julianatoren amusement park or Het Loo Palace, is also close by, and in Voorthuizen itself there are many pleasant terraces and restaurants.

Wij zouden met 20 man in het huisje verblijven. Door omstandigheden is dit gereduceerd tot 13, waaronder een paar kleine kinderen. Nu bleken de sanitaire voorzieningen net voldoende te zijn. Waren we echt met 20 personen geweest, dan was het sanitair echt te weinig geweest. De keuken daar tegenover was geweldig uitgerust. Een fijn verblijf dus.

Enkele opmerkingen: te weinig kinderbestek en snijplanken alsmede goede opscheplepels. Pluspunten: de 2 koelkasten, de uitstekende bedden en het het “jeugdhonk” . Ook fijn was het zwembad.

Een geweldig huis met veel ruimte en voor groot gedeelte een afgesloten tuin en ook super de eigen speelschuur met tafeltennis etc. Het enige minpunt is dat voor zoveel mensen ( waren met 15) laat staan als je er met 20 zit te weinig badkamers ( maar 2) Zou wat wij vonden er best 1 bij kunnen.
