Delightful wellness suite for two on recreation estate de IJsvogel. Recreatielandgoed de IJsvogel is a lovely holiday park with many facilities for young and old and is located on the edge of the Veluwe in wooded, rural surroundings with plenty of cycling and walking paths. People looking for peace and quiet but also those with an active mind will enjoy themselves here. The estate is about four kilometres from the cosy village of Voorthuizen. The towns of Barneveld, Garderen, Putten and Otterlo are also in the immediate vicinity.
Layout
Cosily furnished living room with a TV. There is air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, two-burner cooker, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a double shower and a sunshower. There is a separate toilet. Outside is a garden with a furnished terrace, an outdoor shower and a hot tub. You can park your car about 50 metres from the accommodation.

Voorthuizen is a beautiful place in the midst of beautiful nature and also a fine place to stay for exploring the area. For example, Zeumeren is a beautiful lake where you can swim and where many water sports are also practiced. Think of surfing, pedal boats, water skiing and canoeing, but in winter you can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Real fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Aanschotergat fishing lake. From Voorthuizen you can be in the National Park De Hoge Veluwe in the blink of an eye, where you can go cycling. Apeldoorn, where you can visit the Julianatoren amusement park or Het Loo Palace, is also close by, and in Voorthuizen itself there are many pleasant terraces and restaurants.
