Luxury 4 person sand lodge with private hot tub

Luxurious modern four-person holiday home, with a private bubble bath, on Recreational Estate De IJsvogel. Recreational estate de IJsvogel is a lovely holiday park with many facilities for young and old and is located on the edge of the Veluwe in a wooded, rural area with plenty of cycling and walking paths. Peace seekers, but also active people will certainly enjoy themselves here. The estate is approximately four kilometers from the pleasant village of Voorthuizen. Furthermore, the places Barneveld, Garderen, Putten and Otterlo are in the immediate vicinity.

Layout

This lodge is fully equipped, both inside and out. Outside you will find plenty of space to relax, both in the sun and in the shade. You can easily hang the three-point shade cloth as desired. Inside, the accommodation is of course equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, combi microwave, four-burner stove and a refrigerator with freezer. A spacious living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. You also enjoy a separate toilet, spacious shower, sink and two spacious bedrooms with box springs. Outside a lovely garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a whirlpool in the garden.

Voorthuizen is a beautiful place in the midst of beautiful nature and also a fine place to stay for exploring the area. For example, Zeumeren is a beautiful lake where you can swim and where many water sports are also practiced. Think of surfing, pedal boats, water skiing and canoeing, but in winter you can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Real fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Aanschotergat fishing lake. From Voorthuizen you can be in the National Park De Hoge Veluwe in the blink of an eye, where you can go cycling. Apeldoorn, where you can visit the Julianatoren amusement park or Het Loo Palace, is also close by, and in Voorthuizen itself there are many pleasant terraces and restaurants.

In onze vakantieperiode hadden wij te maken met veel regen. Daar kan niemand iets aan doen maar heeft wel invloed op het geheel. We hebben een prima tijd gehad in het huisje en de omgeving.

Het complete gebrek aan privacy in zowel het huisje als buiten en in het bubbelbad was teleurstellend. Je zit zowel binnen als buiten volledig te kijk. Gluren bij de buren dus. Wij zullen dit park aan niemand aanraden. Omdat het huisje rondom omgeven was door zand, hadden we bovendien overal zand. Erg vies.

Wij vonden het voor een welneshuisje matig. De badkamer was super klein mijn man kon er nauwelijks douchen. Ook een airco werd erg gemist . Ook hebben we erg last gehad van vliegen . Het enige welnes was de jaccuzi die was prima. Schoonmaak was ook matig . Veel stof onder de bedden en vlekken en een gat in het meubilair.
