Beautiful, semi-detached holiday house for 5 persons Holiday Park on Marinapark Volendam
Beautiful five-person holiday home at Marinapark Volendam. Directly in the park you will find numerous facilities that make your stay extra pleasant. In Restaurant de Pieterman you can enjoy delicious food and in the lounge café you can enjoy a drink. You can also take the children to the swimming pool (free access), the various playground equipment or the adjacent beach. And there are also nice shops.
Layout
Ground-floor vacation home: Living room with smart TV and a kitchen including a coffee maker, kettle, four-burner stove, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. One bedroom has two single beds, a television and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has three single beds. The second bathroom has a shower. There is one (separate) toilet. Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. Parking space nearby the house.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ from each other.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- With the exception of school holidays, the swimming pool is closed on Wednesday afternoons.
- On the weekend of 5 to 8 September 2025 is the famous fair in Volendam. This event attracts many visitors and may involve noise pollution. In this period, booking of final cleaning per accommodation and bed linen per person is obligatory. You will also have to pay an extra deposit of €50 per person, which will be refunded to you after departure provided no nuisance or damage was caused during your stay. Monday 9 September 2024 is the last day of the fair in Volendam. This may cause inconvenience. Please also note that shops and catering establishments may be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Marinapark Volendam will be closed from Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 May 2024 and Monday 18 November 2024 to Friday 22 November 2024.

Location and surroundings
Volendam, North-Holland
Volendam is the village with its traditional costumes, famous eelsound and its archetypal Dutch conviviality. Take a nice portrait photo in the traditional costume or walk along the dike. In summer, from the Leek (adjacent to the Monnickenmeer) there is the opportunity to explore the Waterland landscape by boat or canoe and view the area from the water. The town is also located on the Markermeer, where all kinds of water sports can be practiced. Also visit the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, the famous cheese market in Alkmaar or the Fort near Edam. Of course, you can also enjoy a day in Amsterdam. With plenty of stores, cafes, restaurants and museums, you won't be bored there.

Insgesamt schöne und familienfreundliche Anlage. Leider war das Haus innen sehr ungepflegt. Alle Räume voller Spinnen und Spinnweben, Toilette nicht gereinigt, Kaugummi auf der Ablage vom Bett, Möbel und Fenster außen voller Spinnweben. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Auch der Eindruck der Badezimmer/Toilette war schlecht.

Het huisje was uitstekend en restaurant dicht in de buurt, het was erg warm, kan niemand wat aan doen. Voortaan invalide huisje betreffende verhoging toilet wegens slechte rug en twee nieuwe knieën.
