Beautiful, terraced 7-person holiday home in Volendam, right on the harbor

Beautiful holiday home for seven people at Marinapark Volendam. Directly at the park you will find numerous facilities that will make your stay extra pleasant. In Restaurant de Pieterman you can enjoy a delicious meal and in the lounge café you can enjoy a drink. You can also take the children to the swimming pool (free access), the various playground equipment or the adjacent beach. And there are also nice shops.

Layout

The living room has a dining area and a sitting area with a color TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, four-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and an extractor hood. Separate toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms with single box-spring beds and a bathroom with shower and double sink. In the hall above is a second toilet.

Outside the house you will find a terrace with furniture or there is a balcony with furniture. Parking space nearby the house.

Particularities

  • The interior/exterior of these vacation homes may differ from each other.
  • These vacation homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
  • The park reserves the right to require a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
  • With the exception of school vacations, the pool is closed on Wednesday afternoons.
  • In the weekend of September 5 to 8, 2025 is the famous fair in Volendam. This event attracts many visitors and may involve noise pollution. In this period it is mandatory to book final cleaning per accommodation and bed linen per person. You are also required to pay an additional deposit of €50 per person, which will be refunded to you after departure provided no nuisance or damage was caused during your stay. Monday, September 8, 2025 is the last day of the fair in Volendam. This may possibly cause inconvenience. Please also note that on Monday and Tuesday the stores and catering establishments may be closed.

Location and surroundings

Volendam, North-Holland

Volendam is the village with its traditional costumes, famous eelsound and its archetypal Dutch conviviality. Take a nice portrait photo in the traditional costume or walk along the dike. In summer, from the Leek (adjacent to the Monnickenmeer) there is the opportunity to explore the Waterland landscape by boat or canoe and view the area from the water. The town is also located on the Markermeer, where all kinds of water sports can be practiced. Also visit the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, the famous cheese market in Alkmaar or the Fort near Edam. Of course, you can also enjoy a day in Amsterdam. With plenty of stores, cafes, restaurants and museums, you won't be bored there.

Fijn park, prachtig gelegen aan de haven. Mooi dat de huizen in Volendamse stijl zijn gemaakt. Huis was lekker ruim. Keuken goed uitgerust. Schoonmaak had wel beter gemogen wat ons betreft. Fijn dat er een zwembad aanwezig was. Prijzen in het winkeltje wel veel te hoog. Al met al vonden wij het een prettig verblijf.
