Comfortable 6-person chalet on Buitenhuizen holiday park near Haarlem and Amsterdam.
This comfortable chalet is suitable for a maximum of six persons and is situated on holiday park Buitenhuizen in Velsen-Zuid. On the park there are various facilities such as free wifi, outdoor pool, wellness and fitness, snack bar, animation during the high season and bicycle/equipment rental. The park is located in the middle of the nature of the Spaarnwoude recreation area and is very central for trips to large cities. You can easily visit Haarlem, Alkmaar or Amsterdam. National Park Zuid-Kennemerland is also nearby and is great for walking or cycling. With the family you can visit Artis, the Zaanse Schans or SnowPlanet.
Layout
This chalet has a living room, television and modern corner window with folding doors. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, water boiler and coffee maker. There are three bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside is a spacious terrace with garden furniture.

Close to the largest fishing port in the Netherlands is Velsen-Zuid: a North-Holland village near the coast and in between Castricum and Haarlem (both pleasant and historical recommendations). There is also plenty to do in the area: take a picture in traditional costume in Volendam, visit the Zaanse Schans or go to the famous cheese market in Alkmaar on Friday. Of course, you can also spend a day in Amsterdam, where shopping, strolling along the canals or visiting the Rijksmuseum and the Anne Frank House are a great day out. And for nature lovers, National Park Zuid-Kennemerland is an absolute must: here you can enjoy all the beautiful dunes, forests and beaches to your heart's content.
