Beautifully situated 2 person flat in a farmhouse in Valkenburg aan de Geul

This holiday flat in Valkenburg is suitable for two people and is located in the owners' beautiful farmhouse in Valkenburg, Limburg. You can freely use the beautiful, shared courtyard, the lovely covered terrace, sunbathe in the sun meadow or enjoy the view while retreating to the meadow. Relax in your flat where the beds have been made for you and the towels are ready. This holiday flat is the ideal home base for a versatile holiday in Limburg. Lovers of peace and quiet will enjoy the rural surroundings. Would you rather go out? At less than 2.5 km from the flat is the bustling centre of Valkenburg or make a day trip to Maastricht, the Eifel or the Ardennes. Cycling and walking enthusiasts will also enjoy themselves here. Choose a route and enjoy the panoramic views!

Layout

The holiday flat offers space for two people, is at ground level and has its own entrance. The cosy sitting area includes a comfortable couch, an armchair and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto and kettle. Next to it is a dining table with two comfortable dining chairs. There is one bedroom in the flat where a made-up double bed awaits you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. You enter the garden through the French doors in the living room. Here you can use the shared courtyard. There is a covered terrace, sunbathing area and meadow at your disposal! You can park your car in our closed car park, your motorbike in the courtyard and your bicycle in the shed. This holiday home has two bicycles that you can use free of charge.

As the days get shorter, Valkenburg turns into an atmospheric Christmas town full of decorated stands with Christmas and gift items. The area is also known for its many hills where wonderful cycling and walking tours can be made. The cosy cities of Maastricht, Liege and Aachen are all just a stone's throw away. Besides great shopping, you can also visit many museums or enjoy a wide range of nice cafés, terraces and restaurants.

Heerlijk appartement. Er ontbreekt echt niets, alles is aanwezig.
Bed is opgemaakt en genoeg handdoeken. Heerlijke douche.
Vriendelijke eigenaren.
Echt top en in mooie heuvelachtig omgeving.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week hier gehad. We zijn gastvrij ontvangen, voelden ons welkom. Het appartement was van alles voorzien, zeer compleet en huiselijk. De bedden waren goed, parkeerplaats top.
We zullen het zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden/familie en zullen, als we in de buurt weer iets zoeken, zeker kijken of we hier weer kunnen boeken.
