Beautifully situated 14 person group accommodation in South Limburg
This beautifully situated 14 person group accommodation is located on holiday domain De Biesenberg. De Biesenberg is a small-scale holiday center that consists of three holiday homes and is located in a rural area, on the edge of the forest in the beautiful hills of South Limburg. A popular place for anyone who wants to enjoy all the good and Burgundian that Limburg has in house. There is a children's playground with a sandbox, swings, climbing frame, table tennis table and a slide. There is also a large playground and a "discovery tour" to the private piece of forest via a bridge over a stream. Let the adventure begin! The area is also ideal for hiking and cycling trips. This accommodation is also centrally located for day trips. Maastricht and Valkenburg are approximately eight kilometers away, Liège and Aachen 25 kilometers.

Hall with toilet, cozy living room with dining area and sitting area with TV. The open kitchen has a combination microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and a four-burner stove. There is also a bedroom downstairs with two single beds and a bunk bed. A spacious bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Separate toilet.
First floor:
A bedroom with two single box spring beds, a bunk bed and a washbasin, a bedroom with six single box spring beds and a washbasin. A spacious bathroom with three lockable showers, double sink and a toilet.
Outside a lovely garden with terrace with garden furniture.

Ulestraten is a cozy village in southern Limburg. With its many wayside crosses and chapels, it has a charm all its own. From the village there are beautiful walks to be made. Enjoy the blossoming orchards in spring, the warm summer evenings, the beautiful autumn colors and beautifully snow-covered meadows. There are several museums to visit in the area, for example the Bonnefantenmuseum or the Natural History Museum in Maastricht. For relaxation, seek out the wellness resort in Valkenburg or book a tour of a vineyard in the area. We hebben een super fijn weekend beleefd in dit huisje. Het huis is erg praktisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige wat wij een toevoeging zouden vinden is de aanwezigheid een aantal standaardproducten, zoals vuilniszakken, schoonmaakspullen (bezem/stoffer en blik), peper/zout/olie etc. Omdat deze niet in een weekend op gaan.

Mooie locatie en logies. Huisje: beneden ruim en gezellig, prachtige en goeie douches met warm water a volonté (werd zeer hard geapprecieerd door de ganse familie). Slaapkamers mochten wel wat ruimer met meer opbergmogelijkheid. Slaapkamervloer echt aan vernieuwing toe: uit bed komen zonder gekraak

Prettige vakantiewoning. Gordijnen op grootste kamer bovenverdieping plakte.
In keukenlade lag een plastic lepel waarvan een gedeelte gesmolten was.
In schoonmaakkast lag een blik maar geen stoffer. Verder prima!
