Comfortable 3-person apartment on a farmyard in Toldijk, located near Zuthpen

This comfortable apartment can accommodate three people and is located on a farmyard in Toldijk. On the property you can use a terrace, swimming pond, meadows, hiking trails, chakra path, energy circles and a soccer goal. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area. You can seek out nature and take beautiful hiking and biking trips. Nearby are also some Hanseatic cities such as Zutphen, Doesburg and Doetinchem that are definitely worth a visit. Also the smallest town in the Netherlands, Bronckhorst is nice to go to. There are also several castles nearby to visit.

Layout

On the first floor is the living room with a sitting and dining area with a television. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped including an induction hob, refrigerator, combination microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The staircase leads to the sleeping loft. Here are three single beds. The studio has a garden with a furnished terrace. There is parking space for one car.

Location and surroundings

Toldijk, Gelderland

Toldijk is a village with a rich history. Once started as a resting place for merchants on the route between Zutphen and Emmerik, it has developed into an atmospheric village with a high sense of community. The beautiful green surroundings are perfect for taking a walk or a bike ride. In the countryside, you will find a beautiful picking garden, where you can pick the most beautiful flowers yourself. Nearby are the towns Zutphen, Vorden and Hengelo, among others, which are all worth a day trip.
