Tholen - Zeeland - holiday villa for 10 persons
This ten-person holiday villa is located at Vakantiepark Waterrijk Oesterdam, a beautiful holiday park between Rotterdam and Antwerp, in the middle of National Park De Oosterschelde. The detached villa is equipped with a lovely terrace with terrace furniture and five double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The holiday park is laid out next to Oesterdam, the longest dam of the Delta Works, which connects Tholen with Zuid-Beveland. Due to its unique location, it has a central location to explore both Tholen and Zuid-Beveland, but other parts of Zeeland are also easily accessible. There are also good connections to cities such as Rotterdam, Goes, Antwerp and Bergen op zoom, to name just a few.
Exploring the area can be done on foot, by bike or by car, but as the name of the park suggests, you are in paradise for true water sports enthusiasts. From your holiday home at Resort Waterrijk Oesterdam on Tholen you have a base for making trips on the Oosterschelde, the Veerse Meer and even the Biesbosch so don't wait to rent this luxurious eight-person holiday home and come enjoy!
Layout
The house is located on the waterfront with a beautiful view of Lake Zoommeer. You can dive directly into the water via the jetty. The living room includes a sitting area, television, CD player, radio and dining area. The open kitchen includes a four-burner stove, combination microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a sink.
On the second floor you have four more bedrooms with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. (One of the bathrooms has a bathtub). Furthermore, there is central heating and free internet. Outside there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture. There is parking space for two cars at the accommodation.

- The holiday villas at the Oester Dam Resort can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the resort. The organisation of club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other groups with a festive character is not permitted.
- The optional additional service package includes two toilet rolls, three dishwasher tablets and two large rubbish bags.
- Exterior and interior may differ between one accommodation and the other and might deviate from the photos.
- Bringing a own boat is on request, for this you can contact our guest service.

Tholen the city is located on the island of the same name. Here you combine city with nature. In fact, the island itself is known for its beautiful nature, consisting of flower dikes and narrow polder roads. To fully enjoy this, many cycling and walking routes have been laid out so that you can explore the island at your own pace. The Oosterschelde is in constant motion, at low tide almost a third of it falls dry, and the continual movement creates a rich breeding ground that many birds love to use as a stopping place or wintering place. Underwater you can enjoy the abundance of life and the beautiful underwater nature, the Oosterschelde is the most important diving center of the Netherlands.

Twee kleine puntjes. Huisje 333 heeft geen mooi uitzicht, maar met de wind van afgelopen weekend was het heerlijk op het terras uit de wind. Jammer dat het volledig ontbreken van licht op een van de slaapkamers niet tijdens ons verblijf is opgelost. Ik had het vrijdagochtend meteen gemeld.
