Detached 11-person group accommodation with sauna located in Stavelot, near Spa
Located in the small village of Francheville, this 200-square-metre group accommodation offers an ideal location for a relaxing stay. It is a renovated farmhouse that exudes charm and is located on a cul-de-sac in the countryside. This group accommodation is located five to ten kilometres from Malmedy and Spa. Which allows you to enjoy activities such as skiing, hiking and swimming. This group accommodation offers both relaxation and adventure and also features a sauna.
Layout
On the ground floor there is a living room with a comfortable seating area and television. The dining room adjoins a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a relaxation room with sauna and a reading room. There are also two bedrooms on this floor: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a separate toilet.

Stavelot is one of the oldest towns in Belgium. It is located in the Ardennes, in the middle of unspoilt nature. A wonderful destination for hiking and cycling. Several routes have been set out, but you can also discover the natural areas with a guide. In Stavelot and its surroundings, there is a lot to see and do. For example, you can visit the abbey, the waterfalls of Coo, the Formula 1 circuit of Spa-Francorchamps or amusement park Plopsa Coo.
