Quietly located log cabin for 2 persons near the forest between IJhorst and Staphorst
This authentically built log cabin is suitable for a maximum of two persons. The accommoadtie has a warm and cosy atmosphere due to the natural materials that have been used. This holiday home is situated on the outskirts of Staphorst near the forestry Staphorst. Here you will also find the recreational lake de Zwarte Dennen with its lovely sandy beach. This is the perfect base for mountain biking routes and walking and cycling tours in the beautiful Reest valley. Within five kilometres, you can enjoy the atmosphere at various restaurants, wine tasting locations, a shiitake farm, a riding school or art exhibitions. For shopping enthusiasts, the cities of Meppel and Zwolle are within easy reach.
Layout
The cosy living room has a sitting and dining area with a television, free wifi and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is split up between an indoor area with a sink, Nespresso, kettle and fridge. The four-burner gas cooker is outside on the veranda. The sleeping area with the double bed can be separated from the living area by means of a curtain. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Outside there is a veranda with garden furniture.

Staphorst's community is known for its churchiness. As such, the village has the largest restored reformed congregation in the Netherlands. There are special days such as Bidday and Thanksgiving Day. On these days, shops and businesses are closed. Traditional costumes are still worn and traditions are celebrated to the full, especially on these days. In Museum Staphorst, you will discover the village's past and present. Staphorst offers a mix of culture and nature. The village is close to recreational lake De Zwarte Dennen: Staphorst's state forest. You can also hike, mountain bike and cycle in the Reest valley. The towns of Zwolle and Meppel offer shopping opportunities and terraces.

Super accommodatie en super vriendelijke gastvrouwen. Leuk contact en we hoefden maar iets te vragen en het werd geregeld. Je kunt er zelfs vlees bestellen van de eigen koeien. Super heerlijk. Kortom tot de volgende keer
