Beautiful holiday home for two people in Spier, Drenthe

This beautiful holiday home for two is located on a small park in Spier. In the summer months, you can use the swimming pool on the adjacent campsite for free. It is also possible to go here for a snack or a drink. From the holiday home you have a unique view of the Terhorsterzand nature reserve. In addition, the Dwingerlerveld National Park is two kilometres away. This is the perfect place to enjoy peace and nature. There are various walking and cycling routes in this area. Because of its central location, you will be in Meppel, Hoogeveen, Assen or one of the villages Orvelte, Westerbork and Dwingeloo in no time. 

Layout

This holiday home has a cosy living room with a sitting and dining area, pellet stove and television. The kitchen includes a 5-burner gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee maker. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and a toilet. There is also a separate second toilet. In the hall there is a washing machine and a dryer. Outside there is a spacious garden with a furnished terrace, a bicycle shed and parking space.

The village of Spier is located next to the National Park Dwingelderveld, where you can enjoy hiking or cycling through the nature. Besides many opportunities for hiking and cycling, you will also find plenty of peace and quiet in the nature reserve. Would you like to delve into the history of the region? Visit Memorial Camp Westerbork, the Drents Museum or the Museum Village of Orvelte. For a unique day out, go butterfly spotting in the Butterfly Paradise Papiliorama in Havelte, walk meters above the ground on the Boomkroonpad in Drouwen or learn all about the stars in Planetron in Dwingeloo. Also for a wonderful day of shopping, Spier is the right place, you are in no time in Assen, Meppel or Hoogeveen.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke week in Drenthe. Het vakantiehuis was zeer comfortabel en rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de heide. Smaakvol ingericht. De eigenaars waren heel servicegericht.
