Luxury villa for 12 with a sauna and hot tub in the garden in Soy, Hotton

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautiful villa for 12, equipped with a barrel sauna and a hot tub in the garden. The house is quietly located on the edge of the forest, near the charming town of Hotton.

In Hotton you will find everything you need: from supermarkets and shops to cosy restaurants and pubs. Directly from the villa, you walk through the forest to the picturesque centre of Ny, where you can discover, among other things, a historic castle farm. This location is ideal for lovers of nature and adventure. Take a nice walk through the surrounding forests, follow the banks of the Ourthe or venture out on a canoe trip on the river. Visit the impressive caves of Han and Hotton or explore nearby Durbuy, known as ‘the smallest town in the world’. In short, this villa offers a perfect mix of relaxation and activities for young and old!

Layout

On the ground floor is the living room with a seating area, dining area, television and a wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave oven and a Nespresso machine. There are also two bedrooms with a double bed (separate mattresses). There is a separate bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

On the first floor are two more bedrooms with a double bed (1.60x2.00m). The fifth bedroom has a double bed (separate mattresses). On this floor is the second bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. There is also table football.

Outside there is a spacious 3500m2 garden, a furnished terrace, barbecue, hot tub, barrel sauna and a trampoline. There is a charging station for electric cars.

Location and surroundings

Soy, Belgium-Luxembourg

Soy is a small village in the Belgian province of Luxembourg. It is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Nature is very beautiful and varied here, so it is perfect for hiking or cycling. The Hotton Caves are highly recommended. You can get a guided tour and admire the stalactite formations. For children, the Labyrinth of Barvaux is great fun. The huge corn maze covering 11 hectares provides plenty of play and exploration fun. Less than half an hour away are Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne, two of the most delightful cities in the Ardennes.
