Luxury country house for 12 persons located in Somme-Leuze, has a sauna and five bedrooms. The holiday home is located in the province of Namur in Belgium, one kilometre from the town of Somme-Leuze. The holiday home is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody area around Somme-Leuze is perfect for walking, horseback riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

This house is suitable for wheelchair users and has a spacious living room with a sitting area, wood stove, television. Dining room with garden doors to the terrace. Open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hotplates, fridge-freezer and a filter coffee machine. A bedroom with a double bed and a television. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sauna.
Upstairs:
Four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (160x200cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a bunk bed (90x200cm) . Two bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one with bath.
Outside:
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, enclosed garden with 'jeu de boules' court, swings and an enclosed small pond. There is ample parking space

Somme-Leuze is located in beautiful open rolling countryside, interspersed with forests and in one of the most beautiful areas of the Ardennes. Besides wonderful cycling, hiking, swimming and horseback riding, there are also plenty of other fun trips. Visit for example the famous caves of One Thousand and One Nights in Hotton-sur-Ourthe, search for treasure in the labyrinth house in Barvaux or stroll through the flea market of Bomal. Do you prefer something sporty? Then go rafting, climbing, mountain biking or discover one of the other adventurous activities in the area. For a day of shopping, Liège is the right place. Do not forget to try a delicious Liège waffle on one of the cosy terraces.

Het huis was schoon en ruim, tevens was al het nodige aanwezig meer dan dat zelfs.

Schoonmaak matig. 1ste nacht op een van de kamers bedwantsen! Gevolg: slecht slapen, dochter vol rode uitslag, jeuk, na 3 wkn nog steeds last. Geen gelijkwaardig vervangend huis. In woonkamer geslapen. Ondanks de ernstige klachten van onze dochter, de domper op het weekend en een kamer onbruikbaar, geen aanbod ter compensatie vanuit de eigenaar.
