Villa for 11 persons with pool in the heart of Ardennes.
This 11-person villa can accommodate up to nine adults and two children (due to the two folding beds). This beautiful vacation home is equipped with an outdoor pool and sauna, and is located in the province of Namur in Belgium. This vacation home is located in a green and hilly area and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing vacation close to home. The wooded area around Somme-Leuzen is ideal for walking, cycling and horseback riding. The green environment with its beautiful roads and fine bends is also very popular with motorcyclists. Water lovers can also indulge themselves here, as the area has several rivers, including the Ourhte. Here you can enjoy fishing and kayaking. Just over five kilometers from the vacation home is the town of Durbuy. This town, with its medieval city center, is one of the major tourist attractions of Wallonia.
Layout
On the first floor you will find a living room with fireplace, lounge, television, DVD and video, stereo and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Senseo, Nespresso, microwave, ceramic hobs. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a single trundle bed. There is also a separate toilet. On the mezzanine floor you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and a single trundle bed and a shower cabin. Finally, upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a single overhead bed, bathroom with a walk-in shower wc and sauna.
The garden has a terrace with garden furniture, children's play equipment, playing field and barbecue. All this makes this beautifully located vacation home with outdoor pool exceptionally suitable for families consisting of nine Adults and 2 Children.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- The heated outdoor swimming pool can be used in the months of June to August. In May and September, use is possible by arrangement.
- This property will not be rented to groups or companies of people under the age of 30. The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this house, nor the organisation of student parties/bachelor parties.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.

Somme-Leuze, Namur
Somme-Leuze is located in beautiful open rolling countryside, interspersed with forests and in one of the most beautiful areas of the Ardennes. Besides wonderful cycling, hiking, swimming and horseback riding, there are also plenty of other fun trips. Visit for example the famous caves of One Thousand and One Nights in Hotton-sur-Ourthe, search for treasure in the labyrinth house in Barvaux or stroll through the flea market of Bomal. Do you prefer something sporty? Then go rafting, climbing, mountain biking or discover one of the other adventurous activities in the area. For a day of shopping, Liège is the right place. Do not forget to try a delicious Liège waffle on one of the cosy terraces.

Meubilair was echt wel versleten. Ik ben door zelfs door een stoel gezakt. Huis is aan verfraaiing toe. Wel een mooi uitzicht en grote tuin voor de hond.

Het huis had erg veel pluspunten: in elke slaapkamer een tweepersoonsbed, sauna en ligbad zijn veel gebruikt, een gezellige zitkamer met sfeervolle houtkachel, een erg goed voorziene keuken en een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het terras. Ook de tuin is ruim voorzien van een overdekte eethoek en voldoende stoeltjes om buiten te zitten.
